i applaud the state's lawmakers, especially the republican ones, as they were voting unlike most of their fellow GOPers. let the senate take heed!

I would like to say a big "thank you" to the Pride Agenda for their relentless work to get marriage equality to be the forefront issue in the Assembly and now have it be passed. I also implore everyone to write their Assembly-person and either thank them or express your great disapproval based on their voting record.

Thank you, Pride Agenda, for all that you do to better the world that I live in.

Congratulations to the Pride Agenda and all the marriage ambassadors! This is a wonderful victory, though we still have a lot of work to do. What are the plans to deal with the No votes and why did Benjamin not vote after his very negative remarks? Is Barbara Clark usually that unusual in her "logic"?

My Assembly member, a Republican, voted no. I called his office twice to encourage an approval vote. I will be again contacting his office to express my dissatisfaction with his vote on this bill. Voting a party ticket is not my style on election day. I prefer to focus on the individual over party.

My State Senator, also Republican, has clear record of supporting issues over party line. Need to work on the Assembly member and get him to support issues, not party line, too.
