March with the Pride Agenda

What better way to celebrate Tuesday's marriage victory in the NYS Assembly than by marching with the Pride Agenda on Sunday?

OK, so there are probably a few better ways...but this one won't result in a hangover, is a great way to shave off a few pounds or--as two of our marchers last year discovered--a great place to find love. I received the following message in an email earlier this week:

"My boyfriend and I very much enjoyed marching with you last year and helping to carry the flag. That was the start of our romance, which continues to last. I am writing to ask if we might be able to enjoy the honor of marching with your organization once again this year."
Beautiful, isn't it?

And if you already have someone, then bring them and march together because you are angry that you can't get married in New York yet! Or just come to meet the fabulous (and really cute) staff of the Pride Agenda.

We provide water, t-shirts, music and signs. You just need to show up at noon this Sunday on 54th Street between 6th and 7th Aves. You can email Molly Rubenstein for more info or to confirm your participation.
